About the Founder
I saw what happened
after the sale.
I've spent nearly a decade working in insurance claims. Not on the sales side. On the side that shows up after the paperwork is signed. After the agent moves on. After a family actually needs the policy they've been paying into.
That experience taught me more than any sales training ever could. It showed me where the gaps were. Where the confusion lived. And how much of it could have been prevented with better guidance from the start.
The community I come from deserved better. They deserved someone who explains things clearly, speaks their language, and stays in their corner long after the sale.
That's why I built Guía. Not to sell insurance. To be the guide I wished more families had access to.
